Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, a medical doctor by profession is the Founder and Bishop of the Lighthouse Chapel International. Bishop Heward-Mills oversees this charismatic denomination, which now operates in thirty-four different counties in Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, Australia, the United States and South America.

With almost twenty years of experience in ministry, Dr. Heward-Mills has authored several best-selling books. A personal passion for soul-winning and church growth has resulted in several LCI outreaches including city wide mass evangelism crusades. He has also established the Anagkazo Bible and Ministry Training Centre and the Christ Mission Academy which are dedicated to producing practical and anointed ministers and missionaries for the Lord.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Church Growth International. His increasingly popular miracle services in Accra attract thousands to experience the miracle and healing power of Jesus. He is happily married to his wife Adelaide with whom he has four wonderful children.

 

Bishop E. A. T. Sackey has been a close companion to the Bishop ever since their days in the University of Ghana. Their being in different halls (Bishop Dag was in Legon Hall and Bishop Sackey; Mensah Sarbah Hall) and doing different courses (Bishop Dag did Medicine and he, Law) could not separate them nor diffuse the fiery desire they both had to see the souls of men being saved.

His strength of character and deep love for people and the work of God make him a strong pillar of loyalty and an able assistant to Bishop Dag Heward-Mills.

Bishop Sackey (after who the EATS Gospel Crusade was named) is now the Resident Pastor of the 'Qodesh', the Lighthouse Chapel International headquarters.

 

Bishop Eddy Addy is Senior Associate Minister of the Lighthouse Chapel International. After working with the Volta River Authority (one of Ghana’s leading companies) for a while; with great prospects for great heights, he laid it all down for the opportunity to give himself wholly to the call and service of God.

Bishop Addy is a worship leader with an unmistakable anointing for it. His fine Christian upbringing coupled with his assimilation of the Bishop’s teachings makes him the first choice for the teaching and training of leaders in the church.

 

Rev (Mrs) Adelaide Heward-Mills is a Lawyer by profession, with specialization in Legal Draftsmanship. The tender age of 9 years saw Lady Pastor Adelaide accepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and personal saviour. It was as early as then that she sensed the call on her life to be a missionary. In High School, having renewed her commitment to the Lord, she rose up into Christian Leadership in pioneering and leading an off-campus Bible study group.

Her gentle yet exacting demeanour makes her a rare and compelling speaker with an enviable grace to minister to ladies. This call has resulted in her being responsible for a variety of tailor-made ministries to women. These include: Women With Direction International; a ministry for women with vision, Called-By-His-Side; a ministry for Pastors’ wives, Women of Great Price; a ministry for Lady Pastors, Women in Ministry; a ministry for women who work full-time for God.

A soft-spoken person by nature, she is also a natural people-person. One of her great assets is the ability to disarm anyone in her company of their insecurities and complexes and to allow them to open up to receive what God has for them.

Though the wife of Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, itself a call on its own, she also serves as one of the full-time Lady Pastors of the L.C.I. Denomination, further privileged to have been there from conception of this ministry. Together they are blessed with four beautiful children: David, Joshua, Daniella and Paula.
